Also swam 1,520 meters tonight in the pool on my non run day. π±π Took me 56 minutes but felt good!

Well done you for starting this..check out the post for Newbies which is essential reading. Take it steady and slow.. and yes, some non impact exercise on some of your rest days is very helpful as the runs get longer

Wow, running and swimming...you'll be a fitter you in no time! I ran without music for a good while, only recently got an arm band to hold my phone and it's a revelation, a good song can put a smile on your face even when you're struggling ππ
