I've done it - and done my very first Park Run too. 3.05 miles in 43 minutes, up those gruelling hills. I'm so knackered now & I'm noticing aching muscles in my glutes that I didn't know I had. I feel that I've really accomplished something though.

I’m on 47 minutes from my second Parkrun, nice and steady and we’ll get faster over time.

Congratulations on completing C25K with week 9 run 3 and graduating, well done, nice that you graduated at a parkrun. 😊 🏃 🎓

To get your graduation 🎓 badge and the word GRADUATE 🎓 next to your username leave a message on the June graduate post in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked C25K home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K and graduated 🎓 🏃 😊

Well done (I posted on your other thread I think).

A decent time for your first parkrun too : )

Get stretched and exercised... don't forget that C25K only started the running process... You did brilliantly but.. time to be kind ... pull back and get some runs for pure joy.

This is, or for most, should be fun.. enjoyment and not endurance running:)

Thank you. I need to practise running for fun as I really struggle to motivate myself to get running.
