What a fantastic app couch to 5k is. I didn't know what to expect when I started out. I found that first run in week 1 very hard and but I never gave up 😀 I battled on week after week pondering weeks 7, 8 & 9 with fear. However, im happy to say I've done it!! I'm still not a fan of hills but hey that's life. I'm 45 and I did this!! Never give up!
