After almost 5months I finally graduated!! I've done 4.9k in 30min and pushed myself so much and felt so proud of It!! Up to now I was used to run while pushing a pram with a 11+kg toddler and was able to do about 3k in 30min (very rarely was able to go running without having a child next to me) so today when I pushed over the 4k i felt the difference.
I've already registered to my local parkrun and I have a few friends that are going so I know what I'm doing next week!! I've even registered my boys to the junior parkrun for the 2k!!!
Good luck to those beginning the programme and have faith to the programme and faith to your body!! It's amazing what it can do!!!

Well done you and huge congratulations... just take it steady and make sure you get some consolidation in.. take it gently at Park Run too... as IannodaTruffe suggests... because.. slow progress is better than the IC.
