Graduated and grateful today!

I've completed my graduation run today! I'm so happy that this is the first thing I've done without shortcuts or giving up before ending.

I've not written yet because English is not my main language but I'd like to thank everyone here for helping me to stick with the program. Your posts encouraged me to keep running.

I plan to keep running 5km three times a week and try to go for 10km shorty. I hope succeed also!

Again thanks to this community for your help!

Congratulations and take a bit of time to enjoy your success. It's a great feeling. I have found it helped me to just settle in with the 5 k runs for a couple of weeks before working towards my new goals. There again, that was me :)

Remember and ask for your graduation badge. Happy running!

Congratulations it's a fantastic achiement. I've not set any new goals since graduating but am just enjoying my 30 minute runs and seem to be getting faster and stronger without really trying - I think that the wind and rain speed me up! Good luck for the future :)
