Completed c25k 🙂, in week 1 I didn’t think I could do week 2 but wow I’m so proud of myself and losing 1 1/2 stone along the way.
Downloading this app is the best thing I have ever done. Just need to work on pace to cross the 5k finish line in the 30min

Consolidation... mix the runs up now... with some, 30 minute runs... shorter runs, new routes and the lovely longer, slow runs which build up stamina and strength and speed and distance eventually

Congratulations! The 30 minutes changes your life much more than the 5k... can’t remember the last time I went sub 30... I’d have to check, but it wasn’t long after graduating. Enjoy working on that and all your future running adventures... oh and have a great celebration first.
