I don't know how I am running 90 seconds. But I will take it :-)

As long as you're still alive, you're now also bit stronger. Don't worry, the first weeks are the hardest of all. Some of the pain will be paid back to you in fitness, which eventually makes the later runs almost easier, even if they're longer.

Well done. I am doing the program on a treadmill as well. You will be fine for R3.

I felt that W2R2 was a bit harder than W2R1. But I kept going and am glad that I did.

Well done mate, I felt the same way when I did that run, tomorrow i will be on W7R3. Keep up the good work, soon you will be buying new and trendy clothes

Make sure you take rest days and keep the pace nice and slow and in a few weeks, you will run for 20 minutes - can u believe that????? Treadmill is good if u like it but I find it more interesting outside, maybe try it for one of your runs so you can feel the difference, I have found no one notices me so I will run anywhere now! Julie

I have been thinking about doing one run outside. Trouble with Scotland is it rains almost 3-4 days a week!

I will get out there though :-)
