Feeling really proud that I actually managed to find the motivation to do this and hope with the help of this online community I’ll be running 5k before long! πŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈ

Any music recommendations?!

Well done ! Onward to week 2 : )

As for music I just listen to music that I like in an attempt to make me forget about the actual running bit while my legs get on with the work.

This is one of the best communities on the web, plenty of encouragement and advice when you need it and a soft warm shoulder to rest your head against when you feel like you've had the worst possible run ever and feel like giving in.

Post up your progress, keep us informed on how you are going.

Enjoy the journey.
