Week 5 Run 3.....I actually did it!

Honestly didn't think I'd manage this run, I struggled with the 8 mins on r2. Went out this morning feeling a tad nervous but very positive. The first 10 mins weren't easy....not helped by running up hill and against the wind....but I kept telling myself it would be downhill for the last part!! By the time Sarah said the 20 mins was up I actually didn't feel the need to stop. My energy levels were through the roof, can't wait for my next run now 😀

Woo hoo fantastic!!! Well done that’s another week done 👍 also really encouraging to read as I completed W5R1 this morning and feeling a little apprehensive about the next two runs.

Good luck in Wk6 😀

good luck with the rest of W5, the feeling of joy when you manage the 20 mins is so worth it! 😊

Very well done... heading for the lovely long runs of the next few weeks.

Keep it slow and keep it steady :)

Well done , enjoy that feeling and that grin. Week 6 can be a bit feisty, but your grin and happiness will carry you through
