I graduated in March 2019 and since then have tried to run 3 times a week when life allows me.

I have noticed now after running for 6 months my legs seem to go without me it’s like they take me for a run.

I have decided I’m happy running 30 minutes at a time it keeps me fit and I rather enjoy it 😊

Leg brain dissociation, I like it :D

Sort of like the dogs taking you for a walk.

Well done on keeping up with it. How do you stay motivated? Any tips?

I use the thirty minutes as a time of isolation and it allows me to think it’s a great way of de stressing, I just put music on and run
