So today I've graduated! Feeling so proud and a little emotional remembering why I started this journey in the first place!
I completed my last run getting to 5k with the 5 min warm up and cool down and I will be doing my first park run on Saturday!
Its amazing to think that 9 weeks ago I could only manage 60seconds on running and now a while 30 minutes!
