Well I have completed my W9R3 to graduate π. Not exactly how I planned, after 3 days away, and driving 600+ miles, it was great to pull on my trainers and get out for a run for the first time this week. 3 days of poor hydration took itβs toll and made it hard work, but ran a very consistent set of splits and covered more distance than ever in the 30 minutes so all good.
