Well done for starting the programme!! And yes, it does get easier! I graduated last week so am testament to that fact.... I usually find my breathing really hard for first few minutes before it settles into a rhythm so I think that the earlier runs were actually quite hard with the walk/run, although my fitness and legs needed the steady start. You will find it getting easier as you progress through. Stick with it, follow it exactly as they say and remember it’s ok to repeat runs if you need. Also drink plenty of water both after and before runs, being dehydrated always makes me struggle more so I’ve learnt that lesson!!

Good luck, you’ll find loads of support on here! 👍

Thank you - I’m determined to stick with it as I’m very hopeful it will work! It’s great to hear from others that it actually does and that the first bit is always the hardest!

Each week requires just a bit more effort and builds on the previous week(s). So while running 60 seconds gets much easier, some runs can still need some teeth gritting lol.

When I do those runs I think back to where I was at week 1 and I don't want to go back to not being able to run 60s, so I push on.

Thanks AlMorr, I already did this. I assume it takes a bit of time for the admin to go through them all!!
