Completed it! Thank god!! Had some carbs just before I went out (toast) and only a few sips of water. Lost the hoody as it’s just too warm at the moment. First attempt I did 14minutes 30 seconds, second attempt I did 14minutes total and third attempt I did 18minutes total and today I finally completed the b*****d. Question is do I consolidate this run, Repeat week 6 from the start or just move onto run 3?
The problem is I end on a steep gradient hill and today was so happy to nearly conquer the entire thing at the end of my run!!!! 🕺🏻🕺🏻🕺🏻🕺🏻
I don’t know how I’m going to fare conquering it after 25minutes though 😬😬. The 20minute Run I end up right at the bottom of it ironically (still have to walk up it to get back home).
The problem also is there are no good routes here that are nice and flat or even downhill (only steep downward slopes and vice versa).
