I’ve had aches in various places for the first few weeks. Sometimes lower calf, sometimes outer hip, or outside of thigh. It’s possibly your muscles needing strengthening for running. It requires different muscles and your body needs to adjust. It’s normal unless it gets worse and more painful I think.
What is the Japanese technique?
