Running on holiday.

So people. First post in a while. Since I last posted I ran a 10k in just over an hour and participated to a 10k fun run which happened to be 8.9k!

I ve not been out a lot to run because of work and life however I have been kept active with biking.

I m going to Corfu next week (Kassiopi) and would be interested to know if you went there. I plan on running (early as I need to be aware of the heat) as well a couple of 5k.

Any random things you can recommend? Running related or not?

Sorry not been there but I’ve recently got back from Turkey and loved running by the sea and watching the amazing sunrise - totally set up for a day of lounging and cocktails then - have a good holiday

Yea this 8.9k one was quite challenging actually. Been off training for some time. The actual 10 k I ran was a revelation. Doing a couple official runs more at least this year

A small portion of my bag will be fun r my running stuff. Fortunately I tend to travel light!
