I haven't posted in here for a while but I still look in occasionally and read some of your posts when I get the time. 😀
I'm running three times a week at the moment, it was four for a while but I'm cross training at the gym three days a week at the moment so I opted to reduce the running to three times a week and have Sunday's off 👀
I still very much enjoy my running and currently doing two heart rate runs a week of either 60 or 90 minutes in duration and either a 5K or a tempo run on Saturday. I've no particular aim at the moment other than to keep fit and enjoy my running.
Here's a pic from one of my runs on holiday last week in Southwold. I love the fact that I can run anywhere I go 😀
