After needing several attempts week 6 run 3 (25min run), I went out today on what was theoretically week 7 run 1 (the same 25min run but a different route) and basically nailed it. Though I didn't try going up any particularly nasty hills this time! The 4.5km included the walking bits at either end (plus I had to walk the rest of the way home after), but more to the point this was the first run I've actually enjoyed. I guess I just needed extra steps between 20min and 25min or something.

Well done! Lovely photo. Every run helps build stamina so you will just keep getting better, but the best news is that you enjoyed it. It is a thrill to be able to go out run 👍😀
