After the ecstasy of completing the first run of week 6 I was mortified and annoyed to struggle with W6R2. I found it really hard and was absolutely mortified to be overtaken by people walking!!!!! I blame it on New trainers, New route, evening run, a backpack and possibly dehydrated.
I was so nervous about todayβs 25min run but delighted to have completed it and now feel good and positive again. Excited to move on to week 7. And, avoid all walkers!!!!!
