After trying and failing at this a coiple of time in the past, i have gained 12 lbs in 6 weeks 😱🙈 so day 1 complete! I just need to get through the next 9 weeks!

You can definitely do this, you've already made the biggest step by starting - Kudos to you for that! Stick with it, repeat what you need to and most of all enjoy it and take it at your own pace - have fun! x

Well done Pembrey. One of the best things I decided to do from the start was to avoid looking at the next run in the app until just before I was about to do it. That way it was exciting to wait and see what was going to be the format of the next run, Angus

Finished W9R3 today! I'm in utter shock that I was able to do this, if you had told me 9/10 weeks...

Can't believe I did it...

Just ran my first 5k. It took me 38 mins. Was indoors on a treadmill no incline, but im so happy....
