Wow we really can week 3 run 1 slowest run so far but 3 minutes was more achievable than we expected especially as had to run after work today and it’s muggy out

had to be straight after work if I’d sat for a bit we wouldn’t have gone we both lost one pound last week too

When we started I was a bit horrified at my unfitness I ran for an athletics club in my 20’s and regularly ran 7 miles so when i couldn’t even run 60 seconds on week 1 and had to repeat it was a bit ticked off, but seeing progress is great
