Completed run 1 of week 5 this morning and really enjoyed it. I'm still getting pain in lower, left calf. It comes on after the first run as I begin the walking part. I'm keeping well hydrated every day and am stretching too. I think it's just something that is going to bug me every run? It goes once I start running again and then doesn't really come back as bad as I progress through the sessions. Only one leg too. Oh well, onwards and upwards.... Really looking forward to the challenge of Wk5 R3 on Friday! Better get past run 2 first though eh! Lol
