Well done for gettng to this stage. Commitment and determination have brought you to this stage, and they will be what you need to carry on. This is the stage that, for many of us we start to move ourselves beyond what we have done before. So the comfort zone gets breeched. Fear not you are doing everything fine. The runs are training your body, you now just need to train you mind to catch-up to what you can acheive.
