What a nice run to end week four

A beautiful morning, my dog running perfectly in time with me, and a pace which was challenging but not overwhelming.

I hope that you have as enjoyable a time as we did.

It's great when you have a good one isn't it.

Congrats on completing week 4.

It is. Every run I start with a little trepidation but when I start I concentrate on my rhythm, my breathing, and my pace. These focus my mind so I stop worrying.

It's good that you can find "that place", it's sometimes a bit elusive for me still

It's a technique I used when feeling down. I think they call it mindfulness now. It helps that I live in a place where the pace of life is slow, and I don't have a TV to fill my mind with junk 😂

I rarely watch tv, it's all in French here and I like to switch off after a day in the office :D

I will continue to search for my happy place
