Just joined after seeing fantastic results and reviews from a colleague. Very reluctant runner but feel I need to get fitter and lose weight. Think I've ahead a good start....early days.

Good decision, it's a great programme and the forum is very supportive. Keep it slow and steady

Well done. Be aware that weight loss will not be immediate but you will get healthier and fitter. You will lose some fat but you’ll put similar weight on in muscle so it’s all good!
