Yey!!! I did it non stop. Somehow I managed to plan first 10 mins running uphill. Still it might have been a plan as made the last 10 seen so much easier! I took it slow but last 2 mins I had strong legs and actually strode out and properly ran! Finished by my fav tree where the sea of purple out in full bloom!

Great for running 20 minutes non stop that really makes you feel like a proper runner I think so anyway good luck for wk6

Lovely photo Ladyvickster, well done on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K. Onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks 🚶 and runs 🏃
