[Nanarunrun]

Well... I'll be jiggered.... I ran for 30 minutes non-stop this morning, for the first time ever, in all my 51 years...!! It is truly unbelievable. Evenmore unbelievable is I left the house at 4.45am and it poured with rain for the whole 40 minutes I was out. What is this madness??!! 😜

Slow is ok, encouraged even, but ugly...not a chance. There is something beautiful about everyone if you look carefully.
