I have spent my entire life saying that I can't run or don't do running. Thanks to this amazing program I just ran for 16 minutes, with 2 X 5 minute runs. Unbelievable....

Before Christmas I couldn't even put my socks on without a rest in between each one..!!

serious though, the ability to run for 5 minutes at a stretch and 16 minutes total- that’s a decent...
