It’s my second run in the rain and I’ve decided I really like it! It’s cooling and refreshing, I don’t inhale any bugs, plus I have the streets and nature reserve almost to myself. Oh yes and the shower afterwards is all the nicer!

oh the bugs, extra protein. Rain running is quite refreshing (in the summer anyway), plus it's a good excuse to buy another piece of kit aswell. Running gilet anyone???
Yes! I was thinking of getting a running hat as it will be handy in the rain as well as sun.
