Yes, I’m on the last week at last. It’s been a rather meandering, scenic journey for me as I’ve worked hard on my fitness and stamina as well as losing the stubborn menapausal weight gain! I told myself this morning, β€œCome on, I can run 2 more minutes!” πŸ€£πŸ™πŸ’š

Of course you can run two more minutes, congratulations to you Heti on almost completing C25K with run 1 of week 9, only two more runs until you graduate, well done on your fitness and stamina as well, I wish you all the best for your graduation run.

Hi Heti, this is my next run too and that's just what I was thinking, "2 more minutes, easy peasy!" Well done us eh?!!

I have to say, I am so pleased with myself, would never have believe I would get this far when 1 minute seemed to go on forever in the beginning.

Aswell as doing it for myself, I'm doing this to surprise my son, we are going down under in 4/52s time and they do the parkruns, said we would happily push the pram round! I am so determined I'm going to run it, am so close now.

What I am thinking now is, how do we then move on to keeping going for that extra distance, do we bring a short walk in to begin with after the 30 mins?

Keep going Heti, we've got this.

Well done Annikins1. We’re smashing it between us. I’ve taken up Yoga and Zumba to aid flexibility and stamina. I’ll keep re-running W9 for a while and then use programmes on my treadmill there after. Keep it going girl! πŸ‘

When you graduate, the C25K programme will gift you some additional runs now.....something to help you consolidate and move on. C25K is truly the gist that keeps on giving πŸ˜€πŸ‘ŸπŸ˜€

Congratulations Heti, well done you, I am just coming along behind you, last of the 28mins this evening, big Three O on Saturday morning. I admire your focus on stamina & fitness, think I should have taken it more slowly because my new smart GPS (smarty pants) watch tells me all sorts of things that I wouldn't have worried about before including HR zones which suggest I have a long way to go re: fitness! Ah well, it is what it is and I am running which is the main thing. Enjoy the last two runs.
