My first run in a long time

So today I promised myself I would get back to my running ... And I did! Went out in the pouring rain, walked to the shops and ran back, no problems absolutely loved every minute of it. I hope this is my motivation returning cause I did so love my running and it did amazing things for my general stress levels and sleeping 😊

Well done you!!! You can do it....I'm new to running...just completed w5r2! I can honestly say that over 80% of my runs have been in rain and wind! The rain I love, not so much the torrential downpours and wind of late though!!! I will only go when it's dark in case anybody sees me also 😱!

I despise the wind, also when cycling but I don't mind the rain at all 😊 Keep going your doing brill

Well done! Now make sure to never neglect it again. It's a sure fire way of keeping fit, sane, and slimmer.

If you need more motivation to keep going then treat yourself to a running treat, or ask folks to buy you running stuff for crimbo

I've got everything I could possoibly need as I was very into my running before 😊 I have asked for a new jacket for Xmas though 😊 I shall never stop running altogether again I so missed it!

That's the way, fit it into your routine. If I have to go somewhere like into town or to the docs I usually run...two birds with one stone and all that!

I'm being forced to do this now as I work nights and am super busy and have little time so that's what I'm going to do 😊 Run to the shops, on the way back from the school run ect ect
