Well finally got week 1 r 3 done today still feeling out of breath after it goes to show how unfit i am.
Question is do i re do week 1 till i feel confident to move on to w2 r1 or try w2 if it a struggle go back to wk1

hey toonfan71.. well done, thats the 1st week down, and you should move on now to week 2, you need to start believing in yourself, you can do it.. i think everyone has had those moments throughout the programme, wondering if you should repeat weeks before moving on to the next week, the truth is you will be fine to do wk 2, just take runs nice and easy and you will be fine.. Well done for completing week1 ! if i were you I'd definitely have a go at week2. I think you'll be surprised how much your stamina has improved in just a week. Hey - I've just completed week 3 & I'm still very much out of breath!

Believe in yourself and the programme, think about slowing your pace if you perhaps find it hard, as often that seems to be the problem.

Give it a go, I thought the same as you at the end of wk1, wk 2 and now wk3 lol, I am going to give wk 4 a go starting next week, don't know if I will do it! Good luck keep us posted!
Honestly, if you've completed 3 Week 1 sessions as per podcast, you are ready for Week 2, no matter how long and tough it was getting to this point. Been there, done that!
Move on to week 2, Ive just finished week 4 and it is amazing how your stamina grows and your breathing evens out. Cant remember what week it is but Laura does talk to you about breathing, it could be week 2 actually. Keep going and well done.
