The first time I did C25K I couldn't believe what it had me doing, it is really an amazing program but what is more amazing is what it allows our bodies to do!

You can do this, follow the program and believe in yourself, every time you close your eyes picture yourself running.

Enjoy the runs.

Woohoo! Week 4, you're doing great, keep on running! Do you feel a bit fitter? I think it was around week 4 when I noticed my red face was going back to normal colour a lot faster at the end of the run.

I do. Recovery is quicker and I am able to look around me and enjoy the scenery rather than head down and wanting it to be over 😋

That's great, when you start feeling the benefits it is so motivating. I am really starting to get the sense of my body as a machine now, with all its different moving parts, all doing their thing. A slightly old and battered machine! But one that can do amazing things if I look after it right.

It is a bit weird isn’t it? I’d never run before starting the plan and when I was on the IC for a few weeks I really missed it! Who’d have thought? Good luck!
