First run this morning. Been trying to motivate myself to do something for a while. Hopefully this will be the kick to get me going. Fingers crossed

Keep going, I'm on week 7. Some runs are more tough than others but trust the programme and trust yourself, you can do this! Routine really helps me, I always do day on and then day off so I stick to it even when I really don't want to, I always feel better after and as I'm now starting to see real progress I am proud of myself too. Its really worth it. Enjoy!
