I completed week 8 on the 28th of March, I was so close to graduating and unfortunately let work and professional development get in the way, I was too tired to run and my mind just couldn't bare the thought of it.
I went out tonight for my first run since, I didn't use the app or follow a plan. I put on Strava and managed to run for 17 minutes with three 30 second breaks.
I'm now debating starting again from week 5 as this seem to be were my fitness levels are at or just continue running freely until I reach that 30 minute goal.
What would you do?
