I started this journey because I knew something in my life needed to change. I felt lethargic, demotivated and to be honest, pretty damn sad. C25K has changed my life. I remember crying before heading out for my first run. I felt so anxious and self conscious. I ran this run free of doubt, knowing that I am stronger, healthier and happier. I even asked my boyfriend, who ran Beijing Marathon last year, to accompany me. It was an absolute pleasure to run beside him. Long may this good feeling continue.

Thank you to every single person who has taken the time to reply to my posts, offer support and share their own experiences. Tonight I'll raise to celebrate us all! Thank you so much πŸ₯‚

Well done Jazz! Great feeling isn’t it Congratulations πŸ…πŸ’ͺπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ‘πŸ°

You could head on over to the 10k community and watch this week’s Ju-Ju film clip about her 10 is the Magic Number programme

Keep running into infinity😁πŸ’ͺπŸ‘πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ It keeps you fit and sane, oh and slim πŸ˜ƒ

C25k+ Stepping Stones podcasts might be your natural next step. Tricky beggars however and some peeps can’t hack them. Dark mUtterings about the music or sumthin πŸ€·β€β™€οΈπŸ˜πŸ˜Ž

Me too! We had a fist pump moment and even a little hug when the 30 minutes was over. I'll be sure to check in next weekend for your park run update. It's a great feeling to run next to a pro 😜. Good luck!

Well done Jazzy. I just finished W2R3 on Thursday and am leaving it till Sunday to start W3. I hadn't jogged for over 40 years, and was worried I would not be able to do it. Feeling great at having accomplished W2 and looking forward to getting to where you are now. Thanks for the motivating post.

Thank you. Just come back from W7R1. I’m 54 and have had a tough couple of years with the menopause. Now it’s time to take back control. The plan is brilliant and working well for me so far.
