Well that was the best worst run so far. With the Beast from the East and the end of Storm Emma I done it I graduated. Had to change my route half way as snow was up to my knees doing so decided to follow the local farmers tractor route. The snow was a challenge the biggest challenge was not falling on my ass or breaking my neck. Anyway loved it finished it with a snow angel in my back garden 6 inch of snow then I entered the house to cheers and Cliff Richard singing Congratulations so all worth it. Thanks very much for all the support and hints and tips I’ve loved every minute of it and will rave about it to all my friends.

I’ve done 2 runs on a treadmill since and yup I’ve run for 30 mins. I’d like to hit 5km and can’t wait to get to a park run. What are your plans

I was going to try the 5k+ podcasts first which were recommended they have music along with it still 30 minutes runs I think. I’m still loving it long may it continue hopefully keep going

What an amazing feeling up there with the best ever. I had to do it today I was going mad hopefully the next time I get out there will be a thaw on but not looking like it anytime soon xxx

The cliff Richards song was great apparently they were all set to play it but dafty fine snow angel and still had earphones in so couldn’t hear it so they started it again. Good laugh x
