I started C25K in Feb and I am on Week 2. I nearly completed it, but then I had to stop due to catching a cold. My cold is now improving but I still have a productive cough, particularly if I talk too much or when eating. I am desperate to get back to the running as I have a Race For Life in a couple of weeks time. Is it too soon to start running again?

Internet says
verywellhealth.com/should-y...
"Coughs can be a little more tricky than fevers when deciding if you should exercise or not. If you just have an occasional dry cough, then you are probably fine to continue your exercise routine. However, if your cough is productive or frequent and interferes with your ability to breathe properly when your heart rate is up, you should consider resting until the cough has improved. If you feel your cough falls somewhere in between, you will have to use your own judgment to decide if exercise is right for you."

Below the neck ...definitely no run..above..ok.
Maybe if you have had the cough since February..time to get checked out.
We're not medical experts and after this length of time, it seems a really sensible thing to do.
If you do the Race for life..walk..all the way😊
