On the first May Bank Holiday Monday I did week 1, run 1 and it nearly killed me, tonight I did week 4, run 1 and I feel great! It really does work!

I completed last week and although very slow, possibly world record slowest pace I can cover 5km. It’s magic, keep it up 👍🏻😊
