Did my first run of week 3 today! I am both amazed and thrilled that I managed it! I thought 90 seconds last week was hard so there was no way I would manage 3 minutes today! Had to at least try though and I am so glad I did! Not only did I get through both lots of 3 minute runs, I actually found it easier than last week! I am chuffed to bits as this is a real achievement for someone who has never been able to run before! πππ

I wondered if week 3 would be easier. I find intervals really hard.
Excellent! Just keep going - I'm on week 9 now and actually enjoying running now having hated it before!
It's surprising on paper it looks harder but the extra time helps you develop a good running rhythm - when you think it should be getting harder I felt it got easier - well done you π

Well done....I've just finished week one and tomorrow I'm supposed to start week 2 and do a 90 sec run and I'm dreading it so I'm gasping now....it nice to know that you can do it and your actually finding it easier x

Your post is really encouraging Carolyn, I am on W2 have done one run and found it really quite hard , run 2 tomorrow, so I will see how that goes.! Cant imagine running for much longer than 90 seconds, find myself looking at app on last seconds and wishing it would end.lol.
