I finally graduated the couch to 5k. I restarted this app 3 times on the last year so it's taken me a little longer to complete but life just got in the way. Never thought I would complete it but today I did. I feel absolutely amazing. Now for the bridge to 10k hopefully make it abit quicker.

Congratulations! What an achievement to not let it beat you. It would have been so much easier to just give up but you didn't and you got there in the end. You deserve to feel proud.

Thank you all so much, this forum definitely helped me with motivation, I saw so many peoples supportive messages to others it really helped me carry on. I'm determined to carry on running 3 times a week, I've also just signed up for my first park run this weekend. Eeekkk.
