I did it! W9R3 completed and graduated!

So today I managed to complete the programme! Yesterday I moved out of London (I’m moving to Australia next week) and got the train to Scotland to visit family before I go. I got up this morning, feeling exhausted from the stress of it all, and managed to complete my final run! I wasn’t expecting to do it at all- especially considering it’s much more hilly in Scotland than London, I’d never run here before and so didn’t know the route, and just pure exhaustion from it all! I’m so pleased with myself. Onwards and upwards we go!

Congratulations on your graduation! Well done, hope the running helped with the stress.

I’m married to an Aussie. We were there last month visiting his family. The cooler Sydney temperatures were soooo refreshing after the hot sticky summer we’ve had.

Good luck with the move. I know it’s stressful, I’ve done several international house moves too.
