So today I managed to complete the programme! Yesterday I moved out of London (I’m moving to Australia next week) and got the train to Scotland to visit family before I go. I got up this morning, feeling exhausted from the stress of it all, and managed to complete my final run! I wasn’t expecting to do it at all- especially considering it’s much more hilly in Scotland than London, I’d never run here before and so didn’t know the route, and just pure exhaustion from it all! I’m so pleased with myself. Onwards and upwards we go!
I did it! W9R3 completed and graduated! - Couch to 5K

Way to go Nickye and what a last run, go show Australia what you’re made of!
Congratulations on graduating and good luck with your move next week. The recent weather will have helped you prepare for the weather down under 😀
So much excitement all at once. Brilliant about your graduation and whoa, moving to Australia? That’s massive and so exciting for you! Good luck with everything!
Well done! Congratulations! Enjoy your time on the podium! 🎓🥇🍾🥂🎉🎉🎉 And all the very best for your onward running journey. And all the best for your move to Australia!!!! Fancy managing to fit in your graduation run among such life changing events. A serious star! ⭐️
Congratulations on your graduation! Well done, hope the running helped with the stress.
I’m married to an Aussie. We were there last month visiting his family. The cooler Sydney temperatures were soooo refreshing after the hot sticky summer we’ve had.
Good luck with the move. I know it’s stressful, I’ve done several international house moves too.
Well done to you and what a good start to your adventure!!
Well done 😁 👍 and all the best for your move to Australia!!!
Fantastic! What an adventure you’re on! Not much chance to run on the long flight but time to chill and sleep!
