Well this morning was a slog, couldn’t find a rhythm and as I started the 2nd 8 minutes realised it was because it felt as if I was wearing concrete shoes! Battled on, and joffled my way to the end of the run. Today and tomorrow I will be drinking all the water as can’t be doing with that for the next one!

Oh dear, it’s tough isn’t it. Funny how some days it just doesn’t feel right. Well done finishing it. If you can complete a run wearing concrete shoes, you can do anything!
Congratulations to battling through.

You did it - well done ! I found extra attention to hydration solved my heavy legs: hope it works for you too x

Well done for battling through. Maybe take two days rest before run 3 (which I promise you is actually totally do-able and the best run ever!) Drink so much water that you cause a hosepipe ban in your neighbourhood and go into that next run with a fresh mindset 😁
