Hi Gang!

Just done my week 2-run 2, really enjoyed it.

My legs felt a bit heavy this time....lack of water yesterday I think, must drink more! But really enjoyed it.

This was my 2nd run on week 2 and Laura was telling me the same things as run 1 - week 2, saying well done for completing week 1 and not this week we start 90 seconds of running etc.....should this have done the same comments as the 1st run?

Loved it...enjoyed it.....looking forward to the next one !

Well done with your run , but your title says it all.

Heavy legs = lack of hydration 😁👍

You need to be drinking 2.5 to 3 litres of water a day EVEN on rest days

yeah, back on the water today, just had a busy day yesterday with the boys and wife and didn't have much fluid on board.

I can't remember the audio I'm afraid but wow, you are getting through these runs! That's such good news. Heavy legs will be helped by good hydration, but it's also about you getting used to running!

Do you just have the 5 minute warm up walk?. I had really heavy legs early on. I am an early morning girl but I go on the exercise bike (gently) for 5 minutes before I go out to warm my leg muscles up. It has helped. Or I just jog on the spot around the house before I go out.
