So having completed C25K but not reaching 5k I made the decision to keep going today and only went and “ran” 5K. Not the fastest but I got there, and it feels good!!! Said it before and I’ll say it again C25k is magic 👍🏻👍🏻

49 minutes. not the fastest time but I was happy 👍🏻

You beat my super-slow-shuffle jog (first) 5k on the 30th May by 3 whole minutes CONGRATULATIONS!

Actually I really enjoyed my pace that day, and the weather was beautiful. Runs can be so different depending on how you pace them and what you want from them.

A week later I managed a 4k in 36 minutes, which I was very pleased with ... but it will take me some time to get a 5K in under 45mins I'm sure!
