Interesting evening......

Goodness what an eventful run tonight....started with bunnies- loads of them- super cute. Then bugs -loads of them - not so cute. Then on to the beach.... stunning sunset. Then joined by a group of youngsters who wanted to have a bit of fun with me. Ran alongside me... lots of choice words... so I thanked them for joining me and kept running (upped the pace though). They lasted 2 minutes... huffing and puffing... I recommended they try c25k...lol! Got my best 5k time ever.... thanks boys 😂Note to self ....insect repellent and a change of route 👍🏻
