Managed my final run of week three today. Just a light drizzle which my specs could manage. If, like this past week, it's raining heavily with a headwind I find it practically impossible to see so can't run. A cool morning again which is perfect for my run.

The wind here makes the wearing of hats practically impossible. I'd have to have it so tight I'd get a headache 😆
