Remember the start of week 1 when 60 seconds felt unbelievably long ? Youโ€™re making great progress and you can do this. Slow and steady !

Well done on completing week 2! I remember those early stage well, thinking that the following week was impossible. But the thing is, your fitness improves so dramatically, and the programme is so well designed, that I'm sure you'll find that each week is doable when you get to it.

All the very best with week 3! :)
