Well just completed run 2 of week 4, this one was outdoors rather than on the treadmill, it was a bit harder but things like keeping a steady pace and breathing right seem to be falling into place, made a conscious effort to actually slow dow when passing other people rather than speeding up like I usually do. Other than seemingly swallowing my own body weight in flies it was rather enjoyable 😜🤘😜🤘
