The ankle is still swollen but nowhere near as painful so I put the trainers on and thought I’d see how the 5 minute walk felt to begin with.... I managed it ok so thought I’d try a run and (amazingly) it IS possible to run even slower than I already did!🤣🤣
Did the full workout and so proud I pushed through the niggly pains. Gonna rest up lots between now and hopefully manage another one on Monday. Happy weekend running everyone! 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️

I had a puffy ankle for much of the programme but I think I just had puffy ankles 😁
Your ankles, knees and everything gets stronger, so as you keep going you will lose the niggles. Take care not to try and go too quick though. Not yet anyway 🙂
I didn't know you'd twisted your ankle, Lillybeth... Sorry for you. It's great you could go out for your run! Rest indeed and if it's not sore, try to strengthen it slowly (again lots of videos on YouTube).
